All changes to the exterior of your home and lot in Patriots Landing must be approved prior to any construction by the Architectural Review Board. Such changes include:
- Landscaping
- Driveways
- Fences
- Doghouses
- Playground Equipment
- Decks
- Patios
- Paint Colors
- Shutters
- Post Lamps
Please note that the covenants prohibit clothes lines, hanging of towels, rugs, clothing, etc. over deck or porch railings, unscreened heating and cooling units, car covers, etc. Yard ornamentation is also discouraged.
To request a change or addition to your home you may fill out the submittal form and drop it off at the Welcome Center, attention: Mollie Beswick, Community Manager. She can be reached by email at mbeswick@eastwestp.com
